Alzheimer's is a terrible disease that, unfortunately, has no cure.
One of the only ways to maintain a healthy brain and mind is to train
it. You might want to train you brain as you would train your body
with brain training software (ex: http://www.cognifit.com ).

If you get the impression that someone is posting
without want of reply, then it is best if you do
not quote it.

If someone never does reply in an acceptable manner,
then: "Message/Create Filter From Message" in
ThunderBird or any other newsreader equipped with a
kill file or twit filter.

Especially in my case, where I may be resurrecting
a thread for a lot of people (I pay little attention
to dates, and I leave groups alone for years at a time),
I quote az little az possible.

Newspaper authors rarely do any quoting,
and rarely do they write interviews.
You do not need to quote anything.
