Nilotinib may help with hyperphosphorylated tau,
which may be useful in preventing advancement
from mild AD to moderate/severe AD. The drug
has numerous bad side effects in leukemia, but
that might not apply in AD because the dose
would be much lower. We'll just have to wait
for the trials and see what happens.
